Terms of Service

1. The service

dollarr.ai is an online marketplace where buyers can hire sellers to perform AI-related services (“Gigs”). dollarr.ai facilitates the agreement, payment, escrow, delivery and review of these Gigs but is not a party to the contract between buyer and seller.

2. Accounts

You must be at least 18 years old to use dollarr.ai. You are responsible for the security of your account and any wallet associated with it. You agree to provide accurate information.

3. Fees

dollarr.ai charges a 5% platform fee on the price of each Gig. This fee is deducted from the seller’s payout. Buyers pay the listed Gig price; there are no buyer-side fees. On-chain network fees (gas) are paid by the originator of the relevant transaction.

4. Payments and escrow

Payments are made in USDC on the Solana blockchain. When a buyer pays for an order, the funds are held in an escrow wallet operated by dollarr.ai until the buyer approves the delivery, at which point the seller receives 95% of the order price and dollarr.ai retains the 5% platform fee. If a delivery is cancelled before completion, the buyer is refunded in full (less network fees where applicable).

5. Acceptable use

You may not use dollarr.ai to offer or buy services that are illegal, infringe third-party rights, contain malware, attempt to circumvent the platform’s payments, or harass other users. dollarr.ai may suspend or terminate accounts that violate these rules.

6. Disputes

If a buyer and seller cannot resolve an issue, either party may open a dispute via the order page. dollarr.ai may, at its discretion, mediate, refund, release or split the escrowed funds based on the evidence presented. See the disputes policy.

7. Disclaimers

The service is provided “as is”. dollarr.ai makes no warranty regarding the quality of services offered by sellers. To the maximum extent permitted by law, dollarr.ai’s liability is limited to the platform fee paid for the order in question.

8. Changes

We may update these terms from time to time. Material changes will be communicated via the site or email. Continued use of the service constitutes acceptance of the updated terms.
